L’artiste revient à la Twenty First Gallery avec son exposition personnelle Touching Time, une alchimie contemporaine inspirée des cellules et de l’espace, à travers des œuvres en bois et en métal.
Le créateur et artiste français Erwan Boulloud brouille les frontières entre art et science, tradition et technologie, éphémère et éternité. Ses sources d’inspiration sont aussi variées que profondes : des cellules microscopiques aux phénomènes astronomiques, des espèces botaniques obscures aux bijoux médiévaux. Au cœur de son travail réside toutefois une profonde révérence pour le passage du temps et les traces qu’il laisse.
« Pour moi, le succès d’une pièce ne se mesure pas seulement à ses qualités esthétiques ; elle doit avant tout être justifiée par une démarche intellectuelle, l’expression d’une idée », affirme l’artiste installé en France.
